EDUCATION

We learn and reflect on God’s Word in a variety of settings for all ages.

·         Children

Sunday School is held during our worship services for ages 3 – 6^th grade.

Classes are grouped by age range and

taught by members of the congregation.

Vacation Bible School is offered mornings for one week each summer

for age 3 – 5^th grade. Teen helpers

assist teachers.

First Communion Classes for third

graders are scheduled during Lent.

·         Youth 

Catechetics prepare youth for adult life in the congregation. Students in 7^th & 8^th grade meet weekly for two years. Classes are taught by the pastor. Confirmation is held in the spring.

·         Adults

Classes are taught by the pastor for those wishing to learn about faith in a serious way. Check for schedule.

      New Member Orientation is offered for

      those wishing to join our congregation.

       Lutheran teachings, church structure,

       and congregational activities are

       accented. Special classes or sessions

       with the pastor can be arranged for

       those coming from different or non-faith

       backgrounds.
